If there is delivery, the minimum order amount must be at least 7000 tenge.

Delivery is carried out around the clock, 7 days a week.
Online orders are accepted from 09:00 to 23:00 (Almaty time), as well as the studio's open doors for visitors.
Orders placed on the website after 23.00 are processed the next day at 9.00 in the morning. In all other cases, you can always count on quick feedback from our specialists.

Timing:
Delivery is possible within 1 hour from the moment of order payment.

Accuracy:
Floristry studio Fragrance guarantees delivery on time exactly by the specified time if the order was made at least 3 hours before the specified delivery time.

Rates:
Delivery in the square of streets (Alfarabi / Saina / Raiymbeka / Vostochka) - 900 tenge.
Delivery in the Medeu district in the part above Alfarabi Avenue - 900 tenge.
Delivery outside the square of streets, but within the limits of Ryskulov and Momyshuly avenues - 1400 tenge.
Delivery outside Ryskulov and Momyshuly avenues, but within the city - 1900 tenge.
