Cost, timing, delivery zones and other details on delivery and payment
Schedule
We deliver flowers around the clock, 7 days a week. Orders on the website are processed daily from 09:00 to 22:00 Almaty time. If you place an order after 22:00, the manager will confirm it the next day at 09:00. Night delivery is best arranged in advance, before 22:00.
Timing
Bouquets from the “Bouquets in stock today” section are ready to dispatch immediately. Delivery within the city usually takes 15 to 90 minutes, depending on the address and traffic. Bouquets from the catalog are made to order. If all the flowers are in the studio, the timing is the same. If a flower is missing, the manager will offer a choice: a replacement variety (we then deliver just as fast) or a supplier re-order (from a few hours to a day).
Exact time
The standard delivery tolerance is ±60 minutes from the requested time, provided the order is placed at least 3 hours ahead. “To the minute” delivery carries a surcharge of 2,000 ₸.

Surcharges
- Night delivery (23:00–07:00): + 1,000 ₸
- Weekday rush hour (7:30–10:00 and 17:30–20:00): + 1,500 ₸

On holidays and the days before them, delivery cost and timing may differ. The manager will confirm them after you place the order.

The recommended order amount including delivery is from 20,000 ₸. We also accept smaller orders; the manager will confirm the details.
Payment
On the website: by Visa or Mastercard, including cards issued by foreign banks.
By QR code (Kaspi, Halyk) or by transfer from a card of any Kazakhstani bank: the manager will send a QR code or bank details via WhatsApp.
In the studio at 81 Makataev Street: cash or card terminal.
